By accessing or using V-Numbers, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

V-Numbers provides access to virtual phone numbers and related tools, including OTP and SMS reception services, subject to availability, technical limitations, and compliance requirements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use V-Numbers. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, API keys, and any credentials associated with your use of the service. You are also responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use V-Numbers for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive activity
• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or mass abuse
• Harassment, impersonation, or identity misuse
• Violating the terms of third-party platforms or services
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit V-Numbers

6. Number Availability

Phone number inventory may change at any time. V-Numbers does not guarantee continuous availability of any country, service, provider, or number type. Numbers may be recycled, withdrawn, or restricted without notice.

7. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed on the platform or through the API and may change at any time. You are responsible for reviewing pricing before placing an order. All payments are final unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated by V-Numbers.

8. Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases such as technical failure, unavailable stock, or non-delivery of the purchased service. Refunds will not be provided for misuse, user-side mistakes, or violations of these Terms.

9. API Usage

If you use the V-Numbers API, you must do so in accordance with rate limits, authentication rules, and technical documentation. We may suspend or restrict API access if your usage threatens platform stability, violates these Terms, or appears abusive.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to V-Numbers at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, or engaged in prohibited conduct.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

V-Numbers is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with any specific platform, website, or provider.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V-Numbers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or access, arising from or related to your use of the service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless V-Numbers and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of V-Numbers after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
